DMCA Policy – Elumina Media LLC

Elumina Media LLC (“Elumina Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal;

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification;

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where Elumina Media may be found);

  5. A statement that you consent to the transfer of the material back to our website if the counter-notice is accepted.

Upon receipt, we may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the content in accordance with DMCA requirements.

3. Repeat Infringers

Elumina Media LLC reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
