Refund Policy


Effective Date: November 18, 2025

Elumina Media LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) maintains a strict no-refund policy on all payments, services, digital products, event bookings, consulting packages, and retainers. By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstance:

  • A formal service agreement has not been signed AND services were purchased without any prior conversation or consultation with an authorized representative of Elumina Media LLC.
    This exception exists to protect clients who may have initiated a transaction in error or without adequate information.

Refund Request Requirements

If a client believes they qualify under the exception above, the following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: billing@eluminamedia.com

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the original transaction date.

  • Requests submitted after 7 days will be automatically denied, and the payment will be considered forfeited.

Non-Refundable Items

Regardless of circumstance, the following remain strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed services or services already initiated

  • Digital downloads, workshops, or templates

  • Deposits, retainers, or partial payments

  • Event tickets or registrations

  • Customized work, creative assets, or consulting hours

Policy Enforcement

Elumina Media LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, based on the criteria stated above. By engaging with any Elumina Media LLC service or submitting payment, clients agree to abide by this Refund Policy in full.
